People are often unreasonable,
Illogical and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.

This was a poem Mother Teresa hung on the walls of one of the orphanages she found. I believe this poem is a reflection of the things people forget, especially in a fast-paced world now. We get caught up with what our friends think, what our colleagues think and what our family thinks. So much so that we fail to recognize that these things around us are not always right. I came across this poem while looking at one of my friend's blog and I thought, maybe god is trying to tell me something through this. Since most of us are going through the exams and may feel a bit stressed out by the expectations of us, I feel that this poem will show that all that matters is the goal you set for yourself. It doesn't matter if the teachers set you back or your parents give you impossible targets, all that matters is that we do our best for God and ourselves.

Hurray for the opening of the prayer room in school! It is really a great way to nurture our relationship with God as he sees us through each day. And Mr Peter Tan, our principal came to pray too! With the great start, I believe that after the mid-years it is possible to see more ppl come for this morning prayers.

And I am 16!!! Yay!!! Like...umm...6 days ago. Yay, anyway!!!
