It has been some time since i have posted. Getting lazy around here....
Any ways, today we went down to Far East plaza for cell group meeting. This weeks cell group was rather eventful as we were doing a: Fashion Makeover. (sorry guys for reaching late, and making you guys wait) The people chosen to have a make over were
1. Jenzi
2. Ivan
3. Leroy
4. Eunice
5. Felicia
I thank all of you guys for being so cooperative! Not every one is able to get out of their comfort zone, especially when it comes to dressing well. So i took the guys, and Jos to various male shops to try on some clothes. After wandering around for a while, we finally found a shop which offered really great stuff at a reasonable price. I found an awesome pink shirt for Leroy to put on, and he looked completely different in it [ in a good way ;) ] The pink shirt had a white lining on the collar which made it look casual, yet smart. Mean while, i was persuading Ivan on what he should wear. He simply refused to put on a pink shirt. I believe that every man has it in them to wear a pink colored shirt... So like men, we reasoned. We picked out a white shirt together, along with a very smart looking silver vest. When he put the shirt and vest on, we saw a new Ivan. Today was actually the first time i had ever seen him dress so smart. Good for him :)
So went made our way down to the basement level where the judging was taking place. In the end, Jenzi won. Did i mention that she looked really elegant in the dress. Elegant as in the kind which is casual, absolutely Stunning! She really deserved the prize for most transformed person.
Every body did an awesome job. Really, a round of applause goes to you guys! :)
Dressing right is step #1. Lets all dress smart together, and be the best dressed cell group yea?
