for reasons not known, i am happy... better yet, elated.
I woke up this morning... after having half insomnia.... smiley and sorts.
Although my eyes lids were half closed, you could see a little twinkle in my eye. Thank god i went to school today. Missed seeing my friends. I talked more to Jeremy today though... yea, really good buddies :)
Well... this morning i went to the prayer room (its been a while since i posted about it) and found it empty!!!! OM GOSH!! i just told my self.. its OK... its only 7:05. Prayer starts at 7:10.
So i prayed, and sang until 7:30. Time flew by as i talked to God. Then guess what... in the end, no one turned up. I was shocked, if not.. devastated!
I know... some times i turn up late for prayer, its because of my insomnia... but i still go down as fast as i can!! Does prayer mean any thing to any one any more? Sec 2's have finished exams... so i didn't know what they had on, i don't blame them. Leroy, probably reached late to school... i totally understand. But if someone actually reaches school early and doesn't go down for prayer... now that is just plain insult to me and God.
If we started the prayer group... we keep on going. No matter what! No excuses, even if a friend is holding you back... don't be so quick to blame others and give a reason, you only have your self to watch out for.
WE started it, so WE end it.
WE made this prayer group happen, WE keep on going.
WE saw it grow, WE should never stop loving.
WE cried out to god, WE will continue praying.
notice the "WE" ? when 3 becomes 2, it isn't US any more... it is not the same.
Every thing in life is not about fun and games, it is about discipline and tenacity. Being bold to uphold what is yours and claim it! Come on, 3 of us started it... now only the original 2 are left: it is time to get back to where you belong and take pride in what you started.
If this happens to anger or hurt, then you have learned nothing at all. But if you feel guilt and sorry, you have not lost what god has given you. The O' levels are near, KEEP GOD CLOSE TO YOUR HEART.
