The leader must serve

hey guys,
It is the official end of the all exciting Asia Conference 2008! It has been extremely awesome and truly a mind blowing event. I believe that all delegates, both foreign and local, had been completely impacted by the holy spirit and its high calling upon our lives! Jesus is in culture, we embrace the culture, but not consumed by it! We enter into culture, not swallowed by it, but to penetrate it! The world is filled with people who are often wronged about the way they dress, look, speak and act. Jesus had died for ALL mankind. If  Jesus had died only for he righteous, I'm sad to say... we don't need him. BUT.. it is an undeniable fact that we need him, and that he loves us all so much :)

I was impressed with pastor Kong's compassion for the sick and poor, through out the entire conference, pastor never failed to remind us that when we give to the poor, we touch God's heart! I was pushed or better DRIVEN to wanna help out the poor and sick people of Singapore... All they need is love and compassion [money doesn't hurt though] that's what i am able to give. I see bravery in the people who help out in the First Hand ministry, caring for the HIV/AIDS victims. To me, they are heroes! Heroes that failed to see the difference in the lives of the terminally ill to their own. heroes that have acknowledged the dangers and yet persist in helping. These men and women, brothers and sisters, are not just heroes... they are legends. going places few dare to go, and setting an example for the rest to follow. Through this Asia conference, God shown me the multiple ways I can give back to society, and by this i bless the Lord as well!

Dr. A.R Bernard was totally great! Every session he spoke in, revelation was sure to come. pastor Phil Pringle was amazing! Impartation upon impartation, and prophesy upon prophesy. pastor Ulf Ekman was superb! He emphasised on the holy spirit, giving me new insight of the Holy Trinity.  pastor Benny Hinn was powerful, the sick got healed! Last but not least..... pastor Kong! He was the bomb! He preached the roof off and blew us all away. Above all, he was a really awesome host to the foreign delegates and the preachers. We love you pastor Kong :)

So this past 5 days, my faithful friends Leroy and Ying Hui had stuck by me the whole way, and all three of us attended every session together. Wonderful to have great friends! All three of us had surplus strength from the holy spirit that guided us through the course of the 5 days.. We would wake at 6+ or 7+ and meet daily at 8:30. And we would only reach home at 12+ in the morning. PRAISE THE LORD!  We are all well.

Darice is taking her exams on Monday and Tuesday. The lord will guide her. No worries Darice, we have been praying for you in our daily prayer meetings during our brakes in Asia Conference. You are constantly on our minds... God will surely empower you. "surely as the sun will rise!" poly students.. You guys can do it as well: Julia, Eugene, ping sheng, Alex, Chit Hao!!! Yes. You can!       AMEN.
