Hey guys,
today i went out with Robson (a.k.a- La pi xiao xin) And he took me to Sunshine plaza where he treated me to lunch at a dim sum restaurant. Lemme tell you, the service there is HORRENDOUS! The aunties there took forever to get us seats and also to take our orders. Eventually when our drinks came, the auntyserved Robson my drink and his drink to me. Ultimate response from the aunty: " You guys handle yourself" Hahaha... talk about 'excellent service! The meal was quite OK... wasn't the greatest dim sum i had in my life =___=" Thanks Robson for the treat!
After our meal we went to this one cool shop selling cool stuff. So we went in, and Robson started playing with a lamp with a penis for a switch! Hahaha, he was like pulling the switch up and down continuously for a minute until he got bored...
Later, we went to Starbucks at Liat tower, where i had my favorite Toffee Nut latte in venti :) Yayness! Then we chatted until i had to go home.
Tomorrow is my last service in CHC until 2 years later... I'm going to miss it terribly! Thinking about leaving such a wonderful church behind makes me feel sad. I cried over the dinner table today (at swensens) Since i couldn't pray right then, i drowned my sorrows in a Celebrity Brownie and a Banana Split...Yes, ice cream helps a little.
But God is good all the time!
i was reading the bible today, and the holy spirit lead me to Job. God showed Job how powerful he is! God is truly amazing, i love him with all my heart.
