Tears...

Until tomorrow when we meet again
I will be in tears
Swallowed in remorse for the loss of a friend
I want to fix it
But i can't

Until tomorrow when we meet again
All my troubles will heavily burden me
A man walking the mile stared down by dying men
In the heat
Under the scorching sun
Vultures will circle and wait upon me
To lay down and die just like the others
My soul will carry on
Onward to judgment
Still remorseful for the loss of a friend

Until tomorrow when we meet again
I will no longer be there to comfort you
For I will need comfort
I will rest ashore by the long forgotten beach
Staring blankly into the blue abyss
I will no longer feel the warmth of your body
I will no longer feel your love in our kiss
Until God-knows when
I will see you again
